It is now simple as 1-2-3 to place an order with Der Stahladler:
simply use the online secured shopping cart by selecting the "Add
to cart" button placed beside each product. Once you're done,
simply checkout! All payments are processed through Paypal.
BEFORE CHECKING OUT, go to the
SHIPPING page and select
the shipping solution you prefer: it will be added to the cart. Then
process your order.
You can view the content of your cart at any time by using the "view
cart" button in the red menu at the top of each page.
We're NOT Walmart... if you want your uniform for a
special occasion in 3 weeks, we honestly suggest you look elsewhere
unless you have a few months left before the actual event.
Even though we do our best - aka "putting extreme
pressure on tailors and suppliers" - we are still depending on other
people's work, and we cannot do anything else except to take their word
about WHEN they will actually be able to complete an order...
We deal with people in France, China, Czech Republic,
Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, Australia and
Spain... therefore, we also have to accept the fact that all those
countries might have national/religious Holidays which can possibly slow
down the ordering process at times... In fact even political,/natural
events can affect international business... To top it all, yes, some
people even have a life...
Postal services across the world are also a possible
source of frustration: As an example, a parcel sent from France to
Canada will take 4-6 days to arrive.... while a parcel sent from Canada
to France will take up to 20 days!?!
Let's also say that people at the customs do not
necessarily like uniforms bearing swastikas and /or SS runes... I am NOT
going to have and argument with any official about that point, so make
sure your local laws "allow" the importation of such historical stuff...
We can ship "blank" uniforms* anywhere in the world
(including Germany, France, Italy etc.), as we can send a fully
decorated uniform in any country
where it is legal to do so.
Thus, it can take as long or as short as 4 to
10 weeks to produce a uniform - 8 being the
"good" answer in 85% of the cases so far.
* We cans send a uniform with any non-political insignias in those
country too. In most cases a Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe uniform stripped of the
breast eagle won't cause any scandal. SS uniforms cannot display BOTH the
collar tabs and sleeve eagle for obvious reasons.
