HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS:

Take the following measurements using a SOFT RIBBON measuring tape. Ask for assistance and NEVER provide self taken measurement (movements of the body affect the results).

 
A) NECK:

Measure around your neck where the top of the shirt collar would sit, leaving room for comfort.
 

B) CHEST:

Standing naturally, measure around the fullest part of the chest (at the level of your nipples). Measuring under arms.
 
C) WAIST

Measure over undergarments at the natural waistline (navel level).
 
D) SHOULDERS

Measure (from behind) the distance between the outside of each shoulder.
 
E) ARM LENGHT

Measure the distance between the top of the shoulder and the wrist bone. Add an inch.
